Brian Stewart
Audit Director
Brian is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’
experience of advising a wide range of businesses, not-
for-profits and government. Previous roles involved
delivering complex due diligence, forensic and assurance
assignments throughout the UK, Ireland and beyond.
Brian has embraced the challenge of leading our growing
audit team, setting the foundations to make us best in
class.
Brian enjoys spending his spare time with his family,
surfing, skiing and walking, as well as watching
motorsport and football.
Ross Boyd
Managing Director
Ross has over 25 years’ experience in advising business
owners and government. He has founded several
businesses and led their successful growth. Ross has
worked globally but now centres his efforts from RBCA’s
Belfast base servicing the UK and Irish markets. He is
passionate about supporting clients and staff to develop
and reach their full potential. Where you need robust
analysis and constructive opinion-based advice Ross will
be delighted to help. Ross spends most of free time
afloat or helping others to enjoy water sports more,
around beautiful Northern Ireland.
Jane Gill
Director
Jane has over 20 years’ experience advising local
business owners. Jane is passionate about helping
businesses grow and improving their profitability. Jane
has worked in senior management roles with several
leading firms in Northern Ireland and brings a wealth
accounting knowledge and experience to the company.
Jane loves making the most of her free time with her two
children, enjoying walks together in the countryside. Jane
is a food enthusiast and wine connoisseur who loves the
finer things in life! Her other passion is horses and
dressage. With family commitments dressage has taken
a bit of a back seat but she still enjoys looking after her
retired mare.
David Knox
Consultant
David is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland with a career spanning over three decades. After training with an international accountancy firm, David founded Johnston Graham Limited in the early 2000s alongside Elaine Mulholland. He brings a wealth of experience, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence. David's expertise and commitment make him a trusted advisor to businesses across various sectors.
Elaine Mulholland
Consultant
Elaine, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, trained with an international accountancy firm before founding Johnston Graham Limited alongside David Knox in the early 2000s. With extensive experience, Elaine has been immensely instrumental in supporting clients through growth and change.
Her dedication and deep industry knowledge have established her as a highly respected figure in the accounting profession.
Alison Tosh
Tax Specialist
Alison has recently become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and has now begun the exciting journey of becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor. She has prior audit and accounts experience but now specialises in advising a wide range of clients on tax issues. Where you need tax advice or guidance on tax reporting obligations Alison will be glad to help. Outside of work hours, you will most likely find Alison in some spot of Northern Ireland with her dog!
Andrew Chapman
Senior Manager
Andrew has over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. Having worked in senior management roles for leading accounting firms, Andrew has managed portfolios for both locally based and multinational clients.
He is passionate about conducting high-quality audits and delivering exceptional value to our clients. His commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our mission at RBCA.
Andrew is a travel enthusiast, often visiting new places and experiencing different cultures. He also has a passion for amateur photography and can be seen capturing beautiful moments through his lens, when he isn’t cruising around in his beloved classic car that is.
Sarah Airey
Practice Manager
Sarah joined the team in September 2016 as an
apprentice. Since then she qualified as both an
Accounting Technician and a Taxation Technician.
Coming from a strong background in customer service
and administration, Sarah loves her role as Practice
Manager and is now very much a part of the furniture.
Outside of the office, Sarah can be found chasing two
young children to bed after which she likes to relax with a
glass of wine and some good tunes. Big into family, her
weekends are spent catching up with loved ones and
being outside as much as our weather allows.
Alex Coffey
Senior Accountant
Alex joined RBCA in September 2021 following his studies at Queen’s University Belfast , gaining a degree in Accountancy and Economics. Alex is now an exam qualified Chartered Accountant after completing his FAE exams in September 2023. During Alex’s time at RBCA, he has gained experience in all areas of accountancy from accounts preparation and tax to audit and systems reviews. Now working in our advisory team, Alex works closely with clients to help optimise their operations and grow their businesses. In his spare time Alex enjoys most sports, especially football and running.
Shannon King
Senior Accountant
Shannon graduated from Ulster University with a first-class honours degree in Accounting with Taxation and has recently passed her final admittance exams to Chartered Accountants Ireland. During Shannon’s time at RBCA, she has gained a wide range of experience in audit, preparing statutory accounts and providing compliance services to clients in the private sector. Through this experience she has seized every opportunity to provide clients with guidance on how they can better streamline their operations to allow for greater efficiency in their business. In her spare time, Shannon can be found playing hockey at her local club Lisnagarvey HC. When she isn’t on the hockey pitch, she enjoys playing tennis with her family, catching up with friends or playing the piano.

Scott's dedication to accuracy, proficiency with accounting software, and strong analytical skills have consistently led to smooth and enhanced financial transparency. Beyond his professional role, he finds solace in the world of literature as an avid reader, which not only enriches his personal life but also enhances his ability to think critically and creatively.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience of advising a wide range of businesses and sole traders. He has specialised in the area of tax consultancy. During his time in private practice Paul completed Diplomas in Corporate Finance, Forensic Accounting and Taxation of Trusts and Estates with Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Society of Trust and Estate Planners respectively. Paul enjoys spending his spare time with his family hill walking and cycling.

Geraldine joined RBCA as a Payroll specialist, bringing over 24 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. She has held various accounting roles, including 25 years as a Director of a family construction business. Geraldine is a qualified AAT Accounts Technician and a Part Qualified CIMA Accountant. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, music, and spending time with her family.

Louisa joined RBCA late August 2023 after spending a year in London. She is completing an apprenticeship at RBCA and is studying towards her Account's Technician Ireland qualification at Belfast Met. She has strong customer service skills from her 3 year's experience in hospitality and 1 year experience in retail. Since joining RBCA, she has become a Xero Certified Advisor and gained experience in using other software such as Hubdoc.
Outside of work and study, Louisa likes to spend her time at the gym or with friends. She enjoys going out and trying new activities, meeting new people, and shopping
